When moving the cabinets on the dolly, always push from the sides of the cabinet. NEVER push from
the front, back, or top. This can cause a “tipping” hazard, which can result in a serious injury to your-
self or others. NEVER pull the cabinet during movement, push the cabinet to the location necessary.
Always move the cabinet over a flat level surface. Rough surfaces cause the cabinet to vibrate, which
causes the cabinet’s load to increase in weight, or again may cause a “tipping” hazard which can re-
sult in a serious injury to yourself or others. Always make sure when moving the cabinet the doors are
closed and locked. Doors may open and spill the contents inside. Also after movement, carefully open
the doors. It is possible that the cabinets contents may have shifted, and may fall from the cabinet.
Do not use this dolly for anything other than the manufactures intended purpose. NEVER stand on or
ride on the cabinet. Use the caster brakes to hold the dolly in position when it is stationary. DO NOT
OVERLOAD. Make sure items are evenly distributed on each shelf, and that the heavier items are
placed at the bottom. Do not store any items on the top of the cabinet during movement, this may
cause a “falling” hazard that can injure yourself or others.

in the proper way, please follow them using all parts and fasteners
provided. Any alteration or deviation from these instructions can
result in dolly and cabinet failure. After assembly is complete, make
sure the dolly is placed on a level surface as this may effect the per-

Place the dolly base on it’s side and align the brake and swivel
casters with the proper holes on the dolly base (see figure 1). In-
stall the 1/4-20 x 5/8” bolts through the dolly base and into the holes
of the casters. Apply the washers and nuts and tighten appropri-
